Greenfield August 13, 1755
Taken up by Benjamin Hastings Junior a grey mare
supposed to be three years old a xxxxx  paper
With a Bell about her neck Branded on her left bullock and the white spot on
her forehead

Deerfield February 22, 1760
Then the selectmen of Deerfield and
Greenfield met & jointly agreed upon
a division of the town land So-called which
is as follows Viz. that the West Meddow Judahs point and the Plowing land on
Fort Hill belongs to Deerfield Town the
present year and the rest to the district
of Greenfield, and to exchange yearly until
a further agreement, also that the plowing
land belonging to the Town Swamp be sowed with
Dutch Clover and the peace by the
River in the West Meadow this year
